สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปราก ร่วมกับสำนักงานส่งเสริมการค้าในต่างประเทศประจำกรุงปราก สถาบันอาหาร กระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม และ Unilever Chefmanship Culinary Center ได้ร่วมกันจัด ‘Thai Gastronomy Cooking Class’ เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน 2557 โดยได้เชิญนายชุมพล แจ้งไพร เชฟกระทะเหล็กประเทศไทยและอาจารย์ใหญ่โรงเรียนการอาหารไทยเอ็มเอสซี มาเป็นวิทยากรและสาธิตการทำอาหารไทยให้กับผู้ประกอบอาชีพพ่อครัวแม่ครัวจากโรงแรมและร้านอาหารที่มีชื่อเสียงในกรุงปราก โดยเฉพาะร้านอาหารไทยและร้านอาหารเอเชีย เพื่อให้ได้รับทั้งความรู้ที่ถูกต้องเกี่ยวกับอาหารไทย การใช้วัตถุดิบไทย และการฝึกทำเมนูอาหารไทยที่คัดสรรมาเป็นพิเศษสำหรับการฝึกอบรมในครั้งนี้ นอกจากนี้ ผู้สื่อข่าวจาก TV Gastro and Hotel ซึ่งเป็นสถานีโทรทัศน์ด้านอาหารและการโรงแรมของสาธารณรัฐเช็ก ยังได้มาเก็บภาพภายในงานและสัมภาษณ์เชฟชุมพล เพื่อนำไปออกอากาศและร่วมเผยแพร่อาหารไทยให้เป็นที่รู้จักในหมู่ชาวเช็กมากยิ่งขึ้นต่อไปด้วย
The Royal Thai Embassy, Thailand Commercial Office in Prague, National Food Institute of Thailand, with the support of Unilever Chefmanship Culinary Center, organized a ‘Thai Gastronomy Cooking Class’ on 18 September 2014. Mr. Chumpol Jangprai, the famous Iron Chef Thailand and Principal of MSC Thai culinary school was the instructor who provided information about the accurate understandings of Thai cuisine and Thai ingredients and also demonstrated the cooking show of specially selected recipes to the chefs from hotels and restaurants in Prague. Moreover, TV Gastro and Hotel also took part at the class by shooting some footage of the demonstration and interviewing Mr. Chumpol to make a scoop of Thai cuisine to be further broadcasted on its station.
Velvyslanectví Thajska v Praze, Thajské obchodní oddělení v Praze a thajský potravinářský institut (National Food Institute of Thailand) za podpory kuchařského studia Unilever společně uspořádalydne 18. září 2014 Kurz thajské gastronomie. Kurz vedl Chumpol Jangprai, thajský Iron Chef a ředitel MSC thajské kulinářské školy, který účastníkům poskytl informace o filozofii thajské kuchyně a jejích ingrediencích. Pan Chumpol poté šéfkuchařům z hotelů a restaurací v Praze předvedl 2 vybrané recepty. Celý kurz vaření natáčela TV Gastro&Hotel, která též natočila rozhovor s panem Chumpolem. Záznam z natáčení bude publikován online na webu Gastro&Hotel.
