Thailand aimed for export growth of 5.0 per cent next year, helped by improving global economy, Deputy Prime Minister Somkid Jatusripitak said on Friday. "We set a strong growth target so that we will all work harder to achieve that. We also see the global economy improving next year," Somkid told reporters after a meeting with trade representatives.
