Thailand's industrial production rose for the first time in 23 months in February, partly due to increased car manufacturing, the Industry Ministry said Monday.

The country's manufacturing production index, the measure of the manufacturing sector's production volume, went up 3.6% in February from a year ago, according to the monthly report by the ministry's the Office of Industrial Economics.
