Thailand in Focus :: Thailand To Help Develop Emergency Medicine Standard In ASEAN

Thailand, through the National Institute for Emergency Medicine (NIEM), under the Ministry of Public Health, has been assigned by the ASEAN Health Ministers Meeting to take the lead in developing emergency medicine standard in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), reports Thai News Agency (TNA).
NIEM Deputy Secretary-General Dr Phumin Silapan said that with the "honorable role," his institute has worked with Myanmar to design health assistance for the neighbouring country to cope with the latest critical flooding, which has affected a large number of people.Credit and view full story at Bernama
