The Government of the Kingdom of Thailand intends to commence the U-Tapao International Airport Expansion Project, with the Royal Thai Navy serving as the agency in charge of implementation. Therefore, the U-Tapao International Airport Second Runway and Taxiways Project Management Unit (UTPRW-PMU) wishes to extend the following invitations:

1) Consulting firms are encouraged to express their interest in providing the project's services; and

2) Eligible tenderers are encouraged to submit sealed Tenders for the construction of the airport's second runway and taxiways.

*Expressions of interest for consulting services must be submitted in writing to the address specified in the announcement by February 6, 2024 at 16.30 hours (GMT+7). Tenders for construction of the Second Runway and Taxiways must be delivered by March 4, 2024 at 16.30 hours (GMT+7).
