On 23 July 2019, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Czech Republic paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mrs. Klára Dostálová, Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic. In this regards, Ms. Renata Králová, Director of Tourism Department and Ms. Kakanang Amranand, Counsellor from the Royal Thai Embassy, also joined the meeting. On this occasion, the two sides discussed about the meeting of the Joint Sub-Committee on Tourism under the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Kingdom of Thailand and the Czech Republic to be held in Prague, future cooperation between the two countries including the launching of the Air-Asia X’s direct flight from Bangkok to Prague which would increase the numbers of tourists travelling between the two countries.
