On 12 July 2019, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Czech Republic welcomed a courtesy call paid by H.E. Mrs. Kaythi Seo, Ambassador-Designate of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar to the Czech Republic, on the occasion of her newly appointed as Myanmar Ambassador. In this regards, Mr. Phone Lin Kyaing, counsellor from the Embassy of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar and Ms. Kakanang Amranand, counsellor from the Royal Thai Embassy, also joined the meeting. Their discussions focused on various issues of mutual interest aimed at bilateral relations between the two countries and the Czech Republic, economic diplomacy, as well as planned activities to be organised by the ASEAN Committee in Prague
