On 26 May 2019 Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Thai Ambassador to the Czech Republic, hosted a luncheon in honour of Admiral Pichet Tanaset,RTN, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Defence, who has been designated by H.E.General Prawit Wongsuwon, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence to be his representative to attend the 15th International Defence and Security Technologies Fair (IDET 2019). During the luncheon, The Thai Ambassador briefed the delegation about the Czech Republic, focusing on Czech defence industry, the bilateral relations between Thailand and the Czech Republic, in politics, economy, innovation, and tourism. Views on opportunities for further cooperation and investment of the Czech Republic in defence industry in EEC is also discussed.
