On 13 March 2019, H.E. Mrs. Ureerat Chareontoh, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand, paid a courtesy call on Mrs. Veronika Kuchyňova Šmigolová, Junior Deputy Minister and Director of Americas Department of the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs to introduce herself in the new position. On this occasion, the two sides discussed the results of visits to the United States of America of the Czech Foreign Minister in February and that of the Czech Prime Minister in March. Moreover, both sides also discussed about Czech positions on international issues such as politics, security, Venezuela and Syria.
