On 18 July B.E. 2561 (2018), His Excellency Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand sent a Note to His Excellency Mr. Jan Hamáček, Deputy Minister, Minister of Interior and Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, expressing sincere appreciation on behalf of the Thai people for the generous offer and contribution by the Government of the Czech Republic for the rescue of the Wild Boars youth football team at the Tham Luang Cave, Chiang Rai Province, Thailand.
