On 11 December 2017, H.E. Mr. Narong Sasitorn, Ambassador of Thailand to the Czech Republic, received Asstisant Professor Supawadee Potiyaraj, Director of Targeted Research Unit, Thailand Research Fund (TRF), and the delegation of TRF representatives and researchers from Walailak University, who paid a visit to the Czech Republic to collect data on Czech spa town management, in cooperation of the Tourism Authority of Thailand, Prague Office. The delegation gave a briefing on the research project to support the establishment of spa town in Klong Thom District, Krabi Province, Thailand. In this connection, the ambassador provided information about spa business in the Czech Republic, especially in Karlovy Vary, and useful advise for conducting the said research project.
