A Real Taste of Thailand – The Royal Thai Embassy in the Czech Republic pleasantly supports the Thai food festival ‘A Real Taste of Thailand’ held at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Prague, from 9 to 18 September 2016.  The festival is organized as a part of the Hotel’s 10^th anniversary in the Czech Republic.  Three Thai chefs from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Bangkok have flown all the long way to Prague to prepare the festive four-course menu specially designed for this festival.  During the ten-day event, more than 4,000 guests, including Czechs and foreign tourists, are expected to experience the authentic taste of Thai cuisine. 

Moreover, on 12 September 2016, His Excellency Mr. Narong Sasitorn and his spouse, together with the honorary guest, His Excellency Dr. Hynek Kmonicek, Director of the Department of Foreign Affairs of the Office of the President of the Czech Republic and his spouse, also attended the Gala Dinner of Thai Cuisine, hosted by Mr. Werner Anzinger, General Manager, to celebrate the 10^th anniversary of the Hotel.  Premium clients of the Hotel, top businessmen in the Czech Republic, as well as Ambassador of Japan, Denmark, Sweden and Counsellor of the Embassy of People’s Republic of China, also joined the Gala Dinner and very much enjoyed Thai dishes.
