The Royal Thai Embassy in the Czech Republic, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, the Ministry of Culture of Thailand, the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Rajamangala University of Technology Phra Nakhon, hosted a Thai cultural event ‘An Evening Enchanted: Thai Festivities in Prague’ on 8 June 2016 at the Theatre Bez zábradlí, Adria Palace, situated in the heart of Prague.
The whole Theatre was adorned with traditional Thai decorations starting from the entrance hall to the performance stage.
Demonstrations of Thai handicrafts, Thai cuisine and magnificent classical Thai performances, showcased by professional troupers from Banditpatanasilpa Institute and Sakorn Hunlakornlek Traditional Thai Puppet, were proudly and impressively presented to Czech and foreign guests from governmental organizations and business sector, media, celebrities, friends of Thailand, members of Czech-Thai Society, members of diplomatic corps and Thai community in Prague, including Mr. Oldřich Lomecký, Mayor of Prague 1 and his spouse, Ms. Indira Gumarová, the spouse of Dr. Hynek Kmonicek, Director of the International Department of the Office of the President of the Czech Republic, Mr. Karel Heřmánek and Mrs. Hana Vávrová- Heřmánková, the owners of the Theatre and Czech actor and actress. The evening beautifully affirmed once again another successful Thai cultural event in the Czech Republic.
ค่ำคืนแห่งความเป็นไทยในสาธารณรัฐเช็ก โดยสถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปราก
สถานเอกอัครราชทูต ณ กรุงปรากร่วมกับกระทรวงการต่างประเทศ กระทรวงวัฒนธรรม การท่องเที่ยวแห่งประเทศไทย และมหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครจัดงานแสดงวัฒนธรรมไทย “An Evening Enchanted: Thai Festivities in Prague” เมื่อวันที่ 8 มิถุนายน 2559 ที่โรงละคร Divadlo Bez zábradlí ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ใน Adria Palace กลางกรุงปราก
โดยได้เนรมิตโรงละครนับตั้งแต่โถงทางเข้าไปจนถึงเวทีการแสดงให้สวยงามสมกับค่ำคืนของความเป็นไทย ทั้งการประดับประดาบริเวณงานด้วยงานหัตถศิลป์ การสาธิตงานหัตถกรรมช่างสิบหมู่และงานฝีมือของไทย การจัดเลี้ยงอาหารไทย และการนำเสนอศิลปะการแสดงอันตระการตาโดยคณะนักแสดงมืออาชีพจากสถาบันบัณฑิตพัฒนศิลป์และคณะสาครหุ่นละครเล็กที่สร้างความประทับใจและเรียกเสียงปรบมือได้ดังกึกก้องจากแขกเหรื่อผู้มาร่วมงานจำนวนมาก ทั้งจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคเอกชน สื่อมวลชน ผู้มีชื่อเสียง ดารานักแสดง มิตรประเทศไทย สมาคมมิตรภาพเช็ก-ไทย คณะทูตานุทูต และชุมชนไทยในเช็ก รวมถึงนายกเทศมนตรีกรุงปราก เขต 1 ซึ่งเป็นเขตที่สำคัญที่สุดของกรุงปราก ภรรยาที่ปรึกษาด้านการต่างประเทศของประธานาธิบดีสาธารณรัฐเช็ก และเจ้าของโรงละครซึ่งเป็นดารานักแสดงภาพยนตร์และละครโทรทัศน์เช็กด้วย นับเป็นอีกครั้งของความสำเร็จอันงดงามของการจัดกิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรมไทยในสาธารณรัฐเช็ก
