A. Tourist’s Friend Center (TFC) is set up at the Sports Authority of Thailand (Huamark) and can be reached at Call Center (24 hours): 0 2314 1212 B. The Airport Authority of Thailand has set up a Passenger Assistance Center for tourists in Thailand. Suvarnabhumi International Airport Passenger Assistance Center (PAC) consists of airport personnel and representatives from agencies, such as the Association of Thai Travel Agent (ATTA), Thai Hotels Association, Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), etc. and is situated between Entrances 7 and 8, Arrival Hall, 2nd floor of the Passenger Terminal of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Call Center: 0 2132 9996 to 7 Hotline number (24 hours): 1722 Airport Operation Center (AOPC) is situated behind check-in counters Row R, Departure Hall, 4th floor of the Passenger Terminal of Suvarnabhumi Airport. Call Center: 0 2132 9950 Don Mueang International Airport Passenger Assistance Center (PAC) is situated at CIP 5, 2nd floor of terminal 1 of Don Mueang Airport. Call center: 02-535-3861 It is also recommended to spare at least 4 hours for traveling to the Airport due to the traffic and blockaded routes.
