On 9 May 2022, H.E. Ms. Phasporn Sangasubana, Ambassador of Thailand to the Czech Republic, visited Brno to explore deeper the cooperation with the key agencies in their fields.

Her Excellency discussed over lunch with Prof. Jozef Kaiser of Central European Institute of Technology (CEITEC) over the participation in the European Space Week and Space Industry Days, which will be held during Czech's Presidency of the EU Council.

Then, Her Excellency met with the executive team of Informatics Department, Masaryk University, led by Prof. RNDr. Jiří Zlatuška, the Dean, to learn about the collaboration between state and academic research sector as well as the educational oppotunities of foreign students.

The visit concluded with the meeting with the Space Cluster of Brno, led by Mr. Havlicek, the Chair, to see the overview interest of Czech private sector in the space field and possible connection with Thai business.
