On 28 March 2025, H.E. Mr. Suwat Kaewsuk, Ambassador of Thailand to the Czech Republic, met Thai students in Brno. The event was also attended by Mr. Supsin Chimplee, Minister Counsellor, official and staffs from the Royal Thai Embassy.

As of March 2025, there are 4 Thai students studying at Masaryk University and Mendel University in Brno. Both universities are leading universities in Europe as well as in global ranking. In addition, a Thai student from AFS program also joined this meeting.

In this regard, H.E. Mr. Ambassador asked about their living conditions and discussed ways to support Thai students. Students also provided information and opinions on the curriculum and exchange program they attended to promote further educational cooperation with the Czech Republic.

The Royal Thai Embassy organized a meeting with Thai students on the occasion the Embassy provided mobile consular services to Brno during 28-29 March 2025.
